Rosemary has a mesmerizing aroma. The oil is used in room fresheners, cosmetics, beauty aids, food, bath oil, candles and perfumes because of its unique and intoxicating aroma. The natural compounds in rosemary oil contain strong cleansing properties, making it ideal for anyone concerned with immune system health.
Grapefruit is best known for its sweet, citrus aroma. It imparts a refreshing fragrance that can be both uplifting and invigorating.
Peppermint is one of the most useful and beloved essential oils. Refreshing, cooling, uplifting, and restoring, peppermint has a variety of therapeutic uses.
Directions:
- Prepare a 4 oz. clean spray bottle with a fine mist setting.
- Fill the spray bottle with 3 fl. ounces of distilled water (or 1.5 fl. ounces distilled water and 1.5 fl. ounces of alcohol).
- Add 20 drops Rosemary Oil, 8 drops Grapefruit Oil, 4 drops Peppermint Oil.
- Shake the bottle immediately before each use. Mist lightly in the room. Be careful not to allow the air freshener mist fall onto furniture or into open beverages.
