Ginger Oil can be useful in blends and formulations intended to help improve circulation. Its a frequent addition to blends for massage, arthritis and muscle aches and pains.
The aroma of Peppermint Essential Oil is familiar and pleasant to most. It will help ease tension headaches and muscular aches and pains.
Eucalyptus oil remains a favorite among aromatherapists and casual users alike, based on its strong, woody and medicinal aroma. It is sometimes mentioned as a helpful oil to use for headaches.
Almond Oil nourishes and revives the skin, is easily absorbed, won't clog pores, and promotes clear, healthy skin. It is a great all-over body moisturizer. Obtaining soft, glowing, beautiful skin has never been easier.
Add 2 drops Ginger Oil, 4 drops Peppermint Oil, 5 drops Eucalyptus Oil, 1 fl. ounce Sweet Almond Oil, mix the oils well and store in an airtight, dark glass container. Apply only a small amount (1/2-1 teaspoon) for each massage.
