Suggested Use
Spray directly into mouth and swallow completely. No water necessary. For adults bedtime use: Start with 1 spray. May take up to 20 sprays, if desired. Middle-of-the-night use: Take 1 spray upon waking. May take up to 4 sprays when you wake at night. Recommend taking at least 3 hours before waking.
