Ingredients:

  • 12 0z Tomato Paste

  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 cups Boiling Water

  • 2 tbsp Xylitol

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum Powder

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender on low speed and combine until mixture resembles a sauce-like texture.

  • When well-combined, add the mixture to a sauce pan on medium heat.

  • Whisk continuously until mixture reaches a boil.

  • Reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

  • Set aside to cool completely and serve as a condiment to a dish of your choice or bottle in a jar for later use.

  • Refrigerate after use.
