1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 cups Boiling Water

2 tbsp Xylitol

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum Powder
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender on low speed and combine until mixture resembles a sauce-like texture.

When well-combined, add the mixture to a sauce pan on medium heat.

Whisk continuously until mixture reaches a boil.

Reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Set aside to cool completely and serve as a condiment to a dish of your choice or bottle in a jar for later use.
