Suggested Use
Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily. Children (4-12 years old): ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily. Shake well before using. Can be mixed in liquids. If pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
